01About these terms
These terms govern your use of Echo, operated by ALLIN1.APP LTD. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.
If you are using Echo on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
02Accounts and workspaces
Echo is organised by workspace. Each workspace is tied to a Slack team and owned by one or more administrators. Administrators can invite and remove users, connect tools, and manage billing.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
03Acceptable use
Do not use Echo to violate the law, infringe rights, generate disallowed content, or attempt to extract model weights, training data, or other proprietary materials.
Do not use Echo to send spam, harass others, or circumvent rate limits or security measures.
04Connected tools
You are responsible for the tools you connect to Echo. Echo acts on your behalf, using the authorisations you grant. We do not warrant the behaviour of third-party tools.
For any action that changes data in a connected tool, Echo requests your approval first.
05Plans, credits, and billing
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of plan credits. Reward credits act as a cushion behind the plan pool. Both are shared across the workspace.
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Reward credits roll over until spent or expired on the date listed when granted.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle.
06Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit and the output Echo produces for you. You grant us a limited licence to process that content as needed to run Echo.
We do not train any model on your data. Subprocessors and storage regions are listed on the Echo security page.
07Availability
We work hard to keep Echo running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may schedule maintenance and will give notice for anything significant.
08Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for Echo in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, except where required by law.
09Changes to the service or terms
We may change Echo over time. When a change is material, we notify workspace owners by email.
When these terms change in a material way, we give at least thirty days notice before the change takes effect.
10Termination
You can stop using Echo at any time. Workspace owners can delete the workspace from the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless local law requires otherwise.
