Cookie policy

Effective 1 June 2026

This policy explains the cookies Echo uses across the marketing site and the dashboard, and how you can control them. We keep it short because we keep our cookie use small.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page loads and visits, such as whether you are signed in.

This policy explains which cookies Echo uses, what they do, and how you can control them. Echo is operated by ALLIN1.APP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

02Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies (marketing site): the public echo site uses only the cookies required for it to work and stay secure, such as protecting forms against abuse. It does not set cookies that track you.

Authentication cookies (dashboard): when you sign in to the dashboard, we set cookies that keep you signed in and tie your session to your workspace. Without these, the dashboard cannot recognise you between requests.

Preferences: where you set a preference that needs to persist, such as a layout or display choice, we may store it in a cookie so the interface stays the way you left it.

03What we do not use

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not load cross-site ad networks.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you for advertising or to follow you across other websites.

04Managing cookies

You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Each browser handles this a little differently, but the controls are usually under privacy or security.

Blocking strictly necessary or authentication cookies will break parts of Echo. In particular, you will not be able to stay signed in to the dashboard if you block its sign-in cookies.

05Changes to this policy

If we change the cookies we use in a material way, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top.

For the wider picture of how we handle your data, see the Echo privacy policy at /legal/privacy.
