01About this disclaimer
This disclaimer governs your use of Echo, operated by ALLIN1.APP LTD ("we", "us", "Echo"). It forms part of, and should be read alongside, the Echo terms of service at /legal/terms and the privacy policy at /legal/privacy. Where this disclaimer and the terms cover the same ground, both apply together.
By creating an account, connecting a tool, or using Echo, you confirm you have read and accepted this disclaimer. If you do not accept it, do not use Echo.
02Echo does not give professional advice
Echo is a software productivity tool. Anything Echo produces (including but not limited to accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, legal, HR, employment, financial, marketing, advertising, and compliance output) is provided for general information and productivity purposes only. It is not professional, legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other regulated advice, and must not be treated as a substitute for it.
Using Echo does not create any solicitor-client, accountant-client, tax adviser, financial adviser, or other professional relationship between you and us. Echo is not a regulated accountant, auditor, tax agent, solicitor, or financial adviser, and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the ICAEW, the SRA, HMRC, or any other professional or regulatory body.
Before you rely on Echo for anything that has legal, financial, tax, or regulatory consequences, obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional. Decisions about your business, your filings, and your money remain yours.
03Echo is AI and can be wrong
Echo uses artificial intelligence and large language models to generate its responses and actions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinated"), and can appear confident while being wrong. Echo may also misunderstand your instructions or the data it is given.
Output is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a human before it reaches you unless we expressly say so. You are responsible for reviewing, checking, and verifying anything Echo produces before you rely on it.
Do not submit, send, file, publish, or act on Echo output to a government body, regulator, client, customer, employee, or any other third party without first checking it yourself. This is especially important for figures, dates, names, legal terms, tax positions, and anything that cannot easily be undone.
04Your decisions, your responsibility
You decide whether and how to use Echo and its output. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on Echo, and for the consequences of those decisions and actions. Your use of Echo is at your own risk.
This includes, without limitation, tax and statutory filings, payments and transfers, advertising spend and campaign settings, messages and emails sent on your behalf, documents and contracts produced, and any change Echo makes in a tool you have connected.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Echo, and anything you do with its output, complies with all laws, regulations, and third-party terms that apply to you and your business.
05Actions Echo takes on your behalf
Echo acts using the authorisations you grant it, and for any action that changes data in a connected tool it asks for your approval first. Once you approve an action, that action and its consequences are your responsibility.
We are not responsible for the behaviour, availability, accuracy, security, or charges of third-party tools, platforms, or services you connect to Echo (for example advertising platforms, accounting software, email providers, or messaging services), including any spend, fees, or limits they apply. We are not responsible for data you instruct Echo to read, change, send, or delete.
06Apps, sites, and documents Echo builds
Apps, websites, documents, and other deliverables that Echo generates are provided to you "as is", as a starting point for you to review, test, secure, and operate. We do not warrant that they are fit for any particular purpose, free of errors or vulnerabilities, or compliant with any law.
You are responsible for what you publish or deploy, including its content, security, accessibility, data handling, and legal compliance, and for any use you or others put it to.
07No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Echo will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any output is accurate or reliable.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of Echo or your reliance on its output or actions, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, and including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited as set out in the terms of service at /legal/terms.
Nothing in this disclaimer or the terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
09Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALLIN1.APP LTD and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Echo, the content and instructions you provide, the actions you authorise Echo to take, your deliverables, or your breach of this disclaimer or the terms of service.
10What we use and keep, and what you can request
We are honest about your data. In short: we collect your account details and authentication tokens for the tools you connect, the messages you send Echo, the output Echo produces, the tool calls it makes, and operational logs needed to run the service. We do not train any model on your data and we do not sell it. The full detail, including storage, retention, and our subprocessors, is in the privacy policy at /legal/privacy.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Most of this is available directly in the dashboard; for anything that is not, write to [email protected] and reference your workspace. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
11External links and third parties
Echo and our site may link to or surface third-party websites, content, and services. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Following any external link is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms.
